New Life Youth
I am so blessed and honored to be apart of NLAC, I love my church and I love motivating my youth group to live for god as young as they are. Ever since day one I could see so much potential in these teens and I could see how strong they would become living for god. It was a journey breaking some chains and opening them up to talk about god but god can do all things and helped me motivate them and give them confidence to live for god. Its a joy teaching them and they have come a long way from having too much pride and being really shy and defensive about themselves to becoming a strong youth group with a lot of questions about god and how god is really moving in their lives. They have grown quite a bit spiritually. “Little by little they changed and didn’t even know” some of the teens say. A lot of them say that talking to god is like getting weight off their shoulders they feel a relief and they feel more confident to live for god. They have so much influence on their friends because they bring them left through right to church and they are a big influence to them because they see the change in them.

When You First Enter
Because we love receiving visitors (and members alike), we do our best to be excellent hosts. When you come in the front door before the service begins there will usually be someone to greet you and to welcome you. We are honored by your visit and would like to get to know you better and how we can best minister to you and for this reason we will try to be sure to give you a visitor card to fill out. The ushers will then help you find a seat in the sanctuary. Once you have filled out your card, please place it in the offering plate to be returned to us.
We believe strongly in worship. We have a wonderful music team whose purpose is to lead the congregation in praise and worship. You will often see people lifting their hands, clapping, or even running or dancing. We believe in giving God our all, and worship is one of the primary ways we express this.
Preaching and Altar Call
We believe in the preaching of God’s Word. After the worship service the minister is introduced. Those involved in our preaching ministry spend a great deal of time in prayer seeking God’s will for each service and for ways to best minister to those who will hear. At the conclusion of the message, we give an “altar call” in which we invite all those who would like to pray to receive something from God, to come, to the front of the church around the altars. It is here that God often moves in a beautiful way and lives are changed.
We believe in prayer. At some point during the worship service, we take time to pray over needs of those in our church family and the needs of others. If you have a special need in your life and would like to receive prayer directly from our pastor and ministry, you are welcome (though certainly not required) to come to the front when invited to do so.
At the conclusion of the service, our members often stay to talk with one another. We view our church as more than a building to come to a few times each week. We are truly a family, and as such, we enjoy spending time together. We often have dinners and other special events after services, during which we spend time talking and enjoying each other’s company. When we do not have a planned activity after the service, however, we frequently visit a restaurant in town to enjoy dinner and fellowship. You are always invited to join us.
The New Life Apostolic Church is on a mission to share the good news of Jesus Christ. We believe the gospel message will transform all lives and be a constant, unfainting, guide for all who hear it.
It’s simple; we are a group of regular people connected with a sense of family and purpose. We are a multi-ethnic group of people from all walks of life that have been transformed by the redeeming grace of Jesus Christ.
Church is more than an event at New Life Apostolic Church. It is the opportunity for salvation, needed direction, and the touch of the miraculous. Every service is used to open the door between God and humanity. Anointed praise and worship and celebration are always in order as we encourage all who enter to entertain the King with us.
What a journey we have been on since the Lord called us here to College Station in 2010. We are a home missions work, also the daughter work of NLAC in Killeen TX.
My wife and I, along with our kids moved to College Station, having left our home, families, friends and our church to start this work from the ground up. We started in our living room for the first year. After the first year to the date, we moved into a little 20x20 storage facility and also baptized our first soul in the lovely name of Jesus.
After being in the storage facility for about three and half years, in April 2015 we re-located to our current facility. God grew the church, many miracles have and are still taking place! We are now in our 7 th year here in College Station. Many ministries have developed such as:
Nursing Home ministry
Sunday School (Power Hour), Yearly Vacation Bible School.
God has been so good to us! I would like to personally invite you to our services! On Sundays you can expect explosive worship, evangelistic preaching, altar call (which the altar is always open), kids power hour (potty trained – 11yrs ). On Wednesday’s we have our bible studies which are so awesome and informative, sometimes through power point format unless the Lord leads to preach.
Wednesday’s also is our youth class where they can learn life lessons and have some great discussion. Many who have visited our service have testified, you can feel the power of God upon entering the sanctuary. To God be Glory! Our church is a multi-culture church, you can expect the worship to be in English and Spanish just about every service.
We are very family oriented. We do just about everything together. Meeting for fellowships at one another’s home is a common thing for us. We pray, sing songs, cook, and have some laughs. We truly are like family!
Come and see for yourself, and receive New Life!
Pastor M. Luna
Praise the Lord everyone! I am deeply proud and honored to be apart of such an awesome and fulfilling ministry! In my time of service with the Reaching out in love ministry we have seen well over 500 souls receive the Holy Ghost along with much needed encouragement and prayer! With our team consisting of Bro Reuben Williams, Bro Eugene Estrada and Pastor Michael Luna we have been able to reach these men and women in a dynamic way! With testimonies of confirmation, healing, restoration and renewal we know that god is working within these prisons! We pray that god would continue to open doors for new opportunities to preach ,minister, and encourage in more prisons so that we may be able to both show and spread the gospel of Jesus Christ! Amen and Amen!
Matt 25:36 Naked, and ye clothed me: I was sick, and ye visited me: I was in prison, and ye came unto me.

For many people, “Pentecostal” is a new word. Although it has become much more common in recent years, its roots go back to an ancient Jewish feast and, more recently, to the first outpouring of the Holy Spirit on the earliest Christian believers. Because this initial outpouring of the Spirit took place on the Day of Pentecost (Acts chapter 2), those who experience a similar infilling of the Spirit are known as Pentecostals. They look to the Book of Acts as a guide for how to live out their Christian faith. Many of the key players in Acts were eyewitnesses of the life and teachings of Jesus, and it follows that they would have the clearest insight into the way in which to worship Jesus.
Pentecostal distinctives include the following:
A Foundation on the Bible
Pentecostals believe it is important to be led of the Spirit. However, this desire to be led of the Spirit does not conflict with a high view of the Bible as a primary source for truth. From our belief in an intelligent, loving Creator, we should expect God to reveal His message in writing, the historic medium best suited for precision, preservation, and propagation. When we read, study, and listen to the Bible, we hear the voice of the living Lord speaking to us today. We receive the message that can transform our lives and lead us to eternal life.
An Appreciation of God’s Identity
The beautiful message of Scripture is that our Creator became our Savior. The God against whom we sinned is the One who forgives us. God loved us so much that He came in flesh to save us. He gave of Himself; He did not send someone else. Moreover, our Creator-Savior is also the indwelling Spirit who is ever-present to help us. God told us how to live and then came to live among us. He showed us how to live in the flesh and laid down His human life to purchase our salvation. Now He abides within us and enables us to live according to His will.
Jesus Christ is the one God incarnate, and in Him we have everything we need: healing, deliverance, victory, and salvation (Colossians 2:9-10). By recognizing the almighty God in Jesus Christ, we restore correct biblical belief and experience apostolic power.
Salvation and a New Life
Our experience and doctrine should conform to the complete biblical pattern. As we respond to the gospel and believe on Jesus Christ, we will repent of our sins, be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ, and receive the gift of the Holy Spirit (Acts chapters 2, 8, 10, 19). We do not reject those who have not received the complete New Testament experience, but we encourage them to receive everything God has for them.
Ultimately, each of us is accountable to God for our response of faith. The Bible is the sole authority for salvation; the basis of salvation is Christ’s death, burial, and resurrection; salvation comes only by grace through faith in Jesus Christ; and the application of grace and the expression of faith come as a person obeys Acts 2:38, thereby receiving the new birth promised by Jesus.
A Holy Response to a Holy God
Holiness is an integral part of the salvation of the whole person from sin’s power and effects. It is a joyful privilege; a part of abundant life; a blessing from God’s grace; a glorious life of freedom and power. The life of holiness fulfills God’s original intention and design for humanity. For the Spirit-filled believer who loves God, holiness is the normal—indeed the only—way to live.
The act of worship is the rule and not the exception in human existence. The question is not will humans worship, but rather who and how will they worship. God calls people to worship Him passionately with every area of their lives, and all of our actions and attitudes have the possibility to bring honor to God. Jesus wanted to draw all people, regardless of their backgrounds. He still calls us to authentic worship today.
Gifts of the Spirit
God “is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us” (Ephesians 3:20). As Spirit-filled believers, we can exercise simple faith to receive God’s miraculous gifts and to stir up the gifts He has already placed in our midst. Whenever special needs arise, we should believe that He can work through us. In this way, the gifts of the Spirit become vital tools for strengthening the church.
On the Day of Pentecost, Peter reminded his audience that God would pour out His Spirit on all flesh. He promised that the Pentecostal experience was for “all those afar off, even as many as the Lord our God shall call” (Acts 2:39).
This life-changing promise still holds true today. Around the world and across racial, ethnic, and socio-economic barriers, people are embracing Pentecostalism. Or perhaps it would be more accurate to say that people are encountering the power of the Holy Spirit.
